@crossfitpete | Gloves for CrossFit?

crossfitpete answered your question: Gloves for CrossFit?

I use these for high rep pull ups: vimeo.com/4895278

This is good! Thanks! I’m going to combine this technique with another and see how it goes.

I think I may use a combination of this technique and the video Jason Khalipa posted a while back.

A work in progress.
I’m still debating on gloves or even the Again Faster Grips for high rep pull up WODs.

Gloves for CrossFit?

curly4crossfit:

Anyone have a good CrossFit gloves suggestion?  I have smallish-hands.

I know, I know.  We can debate the usefulness (and weak-sauce factor) of CrossFitting with gloves all day, but I’m determined to at least try a pair.  I’m thinking about using them for those high-rep pull-up/toes-to-bar WODs.

An awesome question for all my fellow crosfittin’ fools out there.

Good? Bad? Yeah? Neh?

Will it change my form? Will it affect my grip? Will it save my hands during high rep WOD’s?

Hmm…

The whole risk vs. benefit debate.
