In the spirit of the #crossfit games
So we’re on our road trip to the Arts Festival, and the guilt set in that across the continent the #crossfit world was whoopin’ it up watching the elite compete.
I decided I had the ‘time’ to do a quick hotel workout to satisfy my itch. I headed out to the back parking lot and use the pavement and the grass to get 2 mini road WODs in. (with a druken audience watching from the patio)
They weren’t much - but they got the job done.
”Road WOD 4”

5 Rounds:
Run 200m,
20 double unders
(for some crazy reason I couldn’t get my rhythm right with the double-unders. They sucked bad)
Then..

10 push-ups,
10 squats,
10 sit ups
It felt good, got a good sweat on. And it only took less than 20 minutes of my day.
Who said they don’t have time to improve their fitness and their health??
Striving to be better than yesterday.
Now if you’ll excuse me I have to go pull the remaining blades of grass out of my shorts.
Oh, and P.S.: FYI be sure to check for ants before you go romping around in the grass. I discovered an ant crawling on my shoulder when I was washing up in my hotel bathroom.
