Dear Time Warner Cable..
You suck.
Sorry for being so blunt. We’ve had this problem with our cable box/DVR for over a month now.
2 weeks of ‘resetting’ the box remotely didn’t work.
2 weeks of exchanging 3 separate boxes and 2 separate technician visits (and one more technician visit scheduled).
And it’s not only NOT fixed, but the problem seems to be getting worse. It’s like playing a game of craps when we attempt to watch anything on our cable box (AND I DON’T EVEN GAMBLE!)
I believe Direct TV is looking better and better. How ironic we received one of their mailers recently to switch services?
