To Ice .. or not to Ice.. THAT is the question.
I tweaked my left knee yesterday. I always seem to muck up something on my body during those moments when you aren’t paying attention. I don’t get hurt lifting heavy or moving through high volumed workouts…. Noooooo.
I tweak my knee during stretch/warm-up/mobility work.
After reading a recent blog post by K Star over at Mobility WOD.. I just don’t know if I should ice my knee or stick to compression….
I definitely ‘tweaked’ it because it’s got that tight - I-know-it’s-inflamed-and-swollen feeling to it.
Oh, and don’t you love the word ‘tweak’. You say that word and just about everybody understands what you ‘did’. LOL
