120914 | The Outlaw Way WOD

Yesterday I was sore!! My hamstrings have never been so darn tender. They actually hurt to touch. LOL

Doing this workout after a full day of work is always a challenge, but thankfully I had my buddy train with me yesterday, so it went better than expected.
